The hybrid conference will take place as an on-site conference in Rome at the same time as a fully digital interactive conference with access to all scientific sessions.

It is situated next to the train station “Roma Aurelia” (not to be confused with the station “Valle Aurelia”), which is on the train line FL5, connecting Roma Termini and Civitavecchia train stations every half hour. Other convenient train stations on this line:
- Roma San Pietro (in Vatican) is 5 min. by train to the Venue,
- Roma Trastevere is 13 min. by train to the Venue,
- Santa Marinella or Santa Severa (villages on the seaside) are 30-40 min. by train to the Venue.
